Account & Data Deletion Request
As a Cardlino user, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and global data protection standards.
Information request before delete your account
- For security and auditing purposes, Cardlino may retain the last four digits of your BVN or NIN used during the verification process. This is kept in an encrypted, non-identifiable format to prevent duplicate account fraud and to comply with Nigerian financial safety standards.
- To enhance security and verify your identity during this process, you must provide your Registered Phone Number, Email Address, and Username.
- All active virtual cards linked to your profile will be immediately deactivated. Please ensure all funds are withdrawn before confirming deletion, as balances cannot be recovered once the account is purged.
